@XxabsentlifexX Don't you have to press a button a few times to get certain letters? I just got a little confused because I didn't notice the letters in the phone.

you know when you got stuck you pressed one you were soposed to press two for service administration then you tell them the number of the phone then you press one and the light will turn on gush 7 will be shadow on the light then you use gush 7 for the water company code and you type in arch for the street

Using phone numbers, i.e. the number 2 on the payphone has the letters "abc" below and 3 has "def" and so on and so forth. Of course, I saw from your profile that you are from Brazil, and I am not sure if they have such phone letters there.
