Back judge calls Kick Catch Interference on #33 Red. Is defender too close and constitute KCI?

Yes, good call. R had reason to believe he needed to move because K was in his way and about to hit him. This is KCI.

Tough one... K33 clearly made an effort to avoid R12. That said, officiating strictly on "advantage / disadvantage" K33 was close enough to create a disadvantage for R12 and should be called. Its times like this that I am glad I am an umpire.

Tough call, but yeah, defender was less than a yard away, it would probably help sell the call if R had run into K or something like that.
