  • erk! Mixed up a verse I noticed... Heh, that's where part of the skill comes though, carrying through your mistakes so well that the audience could hardly care or be brought to attention of it. Kudos! :) And yeah, on "love is crowned," really milk that high E with a bit of umf! The statement sums up the whole meaning of the song, so let it shine man! I'm favoriting this though...

  • Don't be afraid to tell your accompanist to back the hell off! The piano part is not simple here (I have played this), and it's easy to get carried away and both rush and overpower the singer. The performance would be much better had she backed off a little. We need to hear more of your beautiful voice!

  • Great job with this! I did all of these on my senior recital and did not care for them at first, but learned to love them. I know sometimes these songs sit funny in the voice.. but you may want to consider bring the vowels more foward... The word love is especially way far back in the mouth then it should be. Also, This carol... maybe see if you like it being more legato than the other "frenzied"sections! I am so glad that I've found this!
