  • @pittman514 You know, sometimes I wish people like you would see that coal isn't the only source of power. We have the sun for solar power, the waves for water power, and the wind for wind power. And, we have geothermal energy that will forever lie underneath the earth. So do your research before you make stupid comments. I think you should try using coal for the rest of your life and see how you like the poisoned atmosphere.

  • @pittman514 Wind energy can also keep the lights on. And geothermal. We don't need coal.

  • this is the saddest video that I've ever seen

    I wish they would stop

  • Coal keeps the lights on so you can go live without electric for awhile and see how you like it

  • Isaiah 11:9 - They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea

  • @gymnasticsGIRLxoxo MILLIONS of years. It's so sad.

  • Fine. I'll live on my mountain with good soil, clean air, and clean water. You live on your moonscape with only electricity. Let's see who lasts longer. If you hated it you wouldn't do it. Think about it! Is it really worth it?

  • A very tiny fraction of streams are actually covered up from MTR. What you are all calling streams are simply not there until it rains otherwise it's just dry ground. Also it's not as if the entire mountain is completely leveled off with the bottom of the valley, just the top is chopped.

  • Don't believe the b/s i worked in this type of mine,it is a sin against our country.

  • I believe in these words by Native American Chief Seattle, "Man did not weave the web of life. He is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself." What a pity that some humans call this progress.
