Are you kidding me? you say "If your like me and you only eat when your really, really hungry" sweetie you look 100-150 lbs overweight. Must mean your really really hungry all the time! Also the review was horrible, too much Mother information on IBS and you probably should have waited to give a review once you have completed the program , not day 1!!!

@MrOpasan12000, in this video I'm about 50-60 pounds over weight. If I could be weight 150, that would make me a size 12. I'm a size 16 now and I'm just at about 200 now. At the time of this video, I may have been abot 190. I'm not really sure since it was 2 years ago and I lost 15 pounds back in May 2010 from walking. What I eat has nothing to do with my weight. People think that I eat a lot. It's my level of activity that keep me looking the way I do.

@jalyn33, You haven't watched my other videos have you? If you have, you'd know that a 5 min video of mine IS QUICK! Pray tell me, would you rather wanted a 15 minute video about my mom's IBS? I think not. Watch my other videos, you'll see that you'd take a 5 minute video over ANY of my 15 minute videos. Have a wonderful day and don't try to work your brain too hard since you can't seem to keep your attention past 2 minutes. (how much info can you get from a 2 min video on IBS?)

Don't know. I stopped doing the cleanse after 4 days since my system was all mest up. I wouldn't recommend a complete body cleanse. Do a liver cleanse or kindey cleanse, but not full body. May be different for the guys, not sure. I'm not a guy.
