I liked Karr also, wish the guy still taught there and that more teachers were like him. He taught history, that was his job description.. and he did what was required of him. Before he told you, did you know that Dunsmuir was originally called Pusher or the reason why?.. Doubt it.

Karr was legit.. ya he was laid baid back... talked about getn drunk and playin golf all the time .. but he knew his shit... especially bout northern california history!.. thats what he should teach!

I disagree, i actually learned a lot of history about the Redding area from Mr. Carr... & i enjoyed how laid back his classes were. A defenite bird class though! You can just fly by it!
