@ursulamajor2000 It's a drill to teach you how to keep your feet moving and drive the other person back. These guy just don't know how to keep their feet moving. My school does drills like this and we're actually good. You just gotta be physical.

Drills like this usually take place on one of the first days in pads so everyone can get used to contact. Since all these people suddenly know what drills are good and bad maybe they should go out for a coaching job

if ure gonna do this atleast throw a rb or somethin in there in our schoool we do "oklahoma's" offensive lineman a runing back a linebacker and defensive lineman im sure u can understand how it would work and atleast have ure l;ineman start in a 3 point stance -_-

This team went 1-9 last year. ONE and NINE. With drills like this, it's no wonder why.
