Anemone Catches Fish

Action video from Kick Em Jenny, an active sea mount or underwater volcano, located near the Island of Grenada. Listen to the ROV pilots as they first see the anemone and then realize it has captured a fish. Look closely for the tiny shrimp and crab. As the anemone consumes the fish, these small scavengers will take care of any scraps. Sea mounts like Kick em Jenny are highly productive regions and because they are like underwater islands, they are home to many endemic species.
