North Atlantic right whales are critically endangered, in part due to watercraft collisions. Federal law prohibits approaching or remaining within 500 yards of right whales. Please give right whales their space--it's good for the whales and for the safety of your boat and crew. Search NMFS SERO Right Whale South for more information.

@DanielleLR55 Danieel there is law that states a person cannot be within 500 yard of a mammal. They were nice about it though.

sorry I cannot because the folks at NOAA called me and asked to take it down or I could face a fine. There is a 500 yard limit to stay away from the whales that i did not know. sorry. I can email it to you if you like. what is your email address. Bobby
