They just dont even make bikes like this anymore. The new Cbr250r is a freaking joke.

@TonicEnergy All the CBR250RR's from 1990 to 1996 are great bikes (only years they were made, any other that say they're 1998 for example are actually 1996 bikes just sold in 1998 as a new bike). The 1990 to 1993 models were the *unrestricted* models which had a little more HP than the 94 to 96 models due to changes in emission laws.

@produKtNZ im going to cop shit for saying cbr's dont rev past 18,500. if you dont believe me go run through the circuit to the tacho. the limiter kicks in at 18,500 rpm. i have heard people have had fzr250's (with limiter disabled) up to 21k rpm before it literally cant rev anyhigher. but im not sure about cbr's. theres an old racing fzr that did 21,500k but that was heavily modified. fzr like cbr and all other high revving 250 4's from that period all had the limiter at 18,5.

@produKtNZ 2 strokes are the best sounding bikes around. (dont fuck with me sound lol) a 250 four like the cbr will get fucked by a 125 two stroke in every aspect. a 250 2stroke single is an easy 50hp. a vtwin 250 is 70+hp. whilst a four cylinder 4 stroke engine is turning 14,5-16k rpm for peak power (45hp) with huge over rev of 18,5(cbr250 redlines at 18,5k no matter the model and its proven the limiter kicks in. honda copped shit for having the tacho read 19k when its wrong but anyway)

@HoldYourBreath94 different market now. The ninja is a 20-30 year old zzr with pretty fairings to trick new riders with 0 knowledge into buying it cause it 'looks' fast. the cbr is a challenge to the second most sold bike ever(below postie bike), ninja 250r. its not actually a ninja. its a zxc250 (newest ones) and the new cbr is in truth only a cb250. Honda is purely cashing in on a huge market. Learner, cheap fuel economy and also the Asian markets where anything above 250 has huge taxes.

will this exhaust fit on a hyosung gt250r? if it does, wear can i buy it from, like what kind of Screaming Demon it is exactly? great video by the way

@TonicEnergy Oh and Uhh idk id say like 1992 cbr250rr... thats like my favorite year lol
-
@TonicEnergy I never said the new ones were POS's... I just dont like them due to the fact that their a single cylinder 250... its like riding a wr250 dirtbike geared for the street to be honest with you lol... I just like the older bikes.. more power and well who doesnt want a bike that sounds like a freaking formula 1 car? hahahah

@akeizm I'd agree with you and want one aswell but I simply cannot stand the sound of a 2-stroke =|
Can SO tell that you haven't got the jets done too :P

@produKtNZ Hehe yea, I was going to do them but I sold it when I bought a CBR954. But recently I picked up another 250 not running for cheap thats a project and I will be doing the jets in that one.

@akeizm I only knew that because I also had to use the throttle to get the thing to start :P
The cost of the jets was WAAY to expensive, but I've moved a lot of power to the upper end of the rev-range, which makes the bike feel distinctly ... 2-stroke :)

@produKtNZ I would love to get a cheap NSR250 for a project, but I don't have the space :(
