This band came from the prolific Amsterdam scene and were already playing in 1962 under the name of the Rhtyhm Boys. The group's first effort on record however was a Dutch-sung single, released on CNR's famous BEAT FROM HOLLAND series. Singer Ben Cramer went solo in 1967, even representing Holland on the European Song Contest in 1974). The Sparklings - without Ben- were then asked to do a promotional single for 7UP. This single was released in 2 different sleeves but also had two different versions! The band remained backing up Ben Cramer for gigs though, even on the utterly dull album...And the Sparklings.

  • Awesome!!

  • Now it's your turn to cry is de B-kant van Seven Jump, de promotiesong voor Seven Up.
