@NosferatusDragula There's a trade off, the 5.45 has more energy on longer ranges than the 5.56.

@Sun6Tzu I tend to agree, but the 5.45 needs to be loaded a bit hotter in order to fragment the round like the 5.56 does. As far as AP goes the 7N22 is about the most advanced intermediate AP ammo there is.

"Copied" lol.. when you were the Soviet Union, they guys were THROWING machines at pro-communist countries, supervising the factories with Russian engineers. Nearly all "variants" may as well be true Izhmash weapons.

@Nuerotoxin007 The Russian weapons outperform American weapons. American media always use the old AK-47 vs M16 to show a accuracy improvement of the US rifle. But the current modern versions of both weapons today has facts that Russians have all the better characteristics.

ALRIGHT fellow gun finatics, we have found ourselves in the age long battle of US produced arms vs. Russian produced arms... the US have a history of studiously more delicate equipment that outperforms nearly everything, but you must baby the equipment to do so... while the russians on the other hand, produce gear that can go through all the shit storms with you, and come out firing... THERE can be no winner, only preference rules here... Personally i hand it to the russians
