@Taurusaces though most of your comment is true, the blame lies on both sides. you see the selling of africans for slavery was started, and encouraged by africans themselves, who would go to these villages capture and sell their kind for money. not to mention after slavery was abolished, the africans in power in africa, instead of providing economic knowledge learned form western school which most of them attended, decided to make money off the resources for greedy means instead of the people.

Africa is rich in natural resources that would sustain them without dependence on agriculture but they are being raped of those resources as well!
