peacock stirrups invented for reason!!! and if you find they come off too easily use bent stirrups!!! OOOOOOO UUUCCHHHHHH !!! :S but omg kudos to rider staying so calm and thank you horse for not panicking i think she must have snagged him hard in the mouth as she first lost her balance thats what caused him to jump like tht.... definitely 5* to them both

I used to ride without the band on my stirrups (dont know if thats allowed now as this was bk in the 90's)

1. and horse falling while im riding it (especially before a jump)

2. being dragged
