  • I read that P90x2 is coming out and people say to me p90x2 is a sequel to p90x and that its not a stand alone product...But i beg to differ. P90x was the second step to Power 90 and I didn't start at Power 90...I let my body reach up to what p90x required of me. I think the human body can adapt to anything. You may have to slowly progress but its possible. You don't need to do these things in order in my opinion. do as much as you can however you can and you'll get where you need to be.

  • @CaptZor

It really matters where you are in life jumping into P90X right away might be to much for your body

I would recommend trying it out if it feels like it is pushing you to hard like 200%(feels like heart attack, fainting or getting sick) then you need to turn down your pace until you can do that in a 2-4 weeks time or get a easier program

myself I have done P90, P90X, P90X+, Insanity, RevAbs and I am looking forward to P90X2(I hope they do something with KettleBells)

  • im doing this in school :O

  • @timmy7796

wow thats pretty crazy good for your school promoting good health hope they are pushing proper eating also

I have done P90, 2 p90x, now trying RevAbs and hoping to do insanity after

  • Haha its funny when people say like OH this doesnt work. Of course it works... because, I'm no scientist but... If you work out you get buff eventually. This program just provides support and structure.

  • exactly then it becomes your daily routine

  • man this works. i did the ab ripper x and my abs were like melting off of my body. they were like pudding. it hurt a bit the next day too.

  • "Muscle Confusion" is just another way of saying that, if you keep doing the same workout every single day, you'll eventually hit a plateau, so you gotta mix things up by changing workouts, changing exercises, or even changing the order and day in which you train, that way you'll get past your plateau and continue achieving your goals, and THAT is scientifically proved.

  • P90X is a good workout, but you can use CrossFit for free, or at least cheaper. Plus, they are the ones that started this big push for high intensity fitness workouts, but they don't get a lot of credit because it's free so they do advertise. Though anything is better than no workout at all.

  • It's the end of my 6th week, I got pretty amazing results, my wife and friends were really surprised cause I use to have a BIG beer belly, like 6 weeks ago HAHA

    I LOOOOVE P90X, BRING IT!!!
