I don't see a 16oz jig head. I see about a 1/2oz jig head possible 3/8.

I think the rig would work though.

actually, there are two ways to rig a shaky worm. you can do what he d id if you're f ishing a rocky or gravel bottom, or texas style rig the worm if you're fishing weeds.
