Where do you start of the elder ones Luke Kelly [rip] Mary Black and there are a good few newer ones John Spillane Mick Flannery or even The Coronas I'm sure I'm leavng out aload.
But if you were to start Mary Black has a load of albums while Mick Flannery only has a few all gems
So Hasta luego and have a good time listening and not to fgorget the Christy himself has many fine recordings

Yes, I found Harvey Andrews's version and i thought it was pretty good! And also found Christy Moore's version of Hey Sandy so now i have both!! The more the merrier. =) Is there any other irish artist that you think is worth listening to? Thanks for everything and in Argentina we say "Hasta luego". Cheers!

You are welcome did have any luck with Harvey Andrews?, I don't think Harvey would ever have got as far as Argentina but he has penned some really great stuff
As I'm in Ireland I'll say "Slan Tamaill" [which is just Irish for goodbye for now] not sure what people in Argentina say but I'm sure get the point

Go to "Harhey Andrews.com" site and he has a shop there. It's from an album called wrighter of songs has some great songs on including "Hey Sandy". Well worth a look.
Funilly enough I'm not a great fan of Christy Moores version thaught it lost some of the anger but to each their own

hi, i dont know where you could find it. I got these songs off some old tapes. You could download this video and then take the audio from that.
