@burgpusht I'm not sure but according to some people, this child was actually a boy waiting for his family who was standing in line for food. And he died 14 years after this picture had been shot...

@nattadub So where do you volunteer at? I've been considering doing an international volunteer trip. You seem to be very aware of the policies in place with third world countries along with an expert as to what they have available in refugee camps. What policies were in place on your last overseas mission fighting hunger?
