@Bindi342 Well but you gotta see that Rincewind is going through so much stress that it's pretty plausible that he looks very old at a young age.

I always pictured him as being about 35 to 40(but since he's a wizard perhaps has aged slower, so might even look younger), but yah certainly not as old as in this vid.

Oh, I know! A lot of people insist that he's old because of Josh Kirby's book covers, but Pratchett has said that Paul Kidby gets him spot-on. In the CoM book he's mentioned as being 33.
Good on David Jason though, he's been a fan since the start and says CoM is his all time favourite book. It must be great to play a role you enjoy. Still, I can't help feeling sad that this will just add to the 'he's old!' argument. :-(
