'Stundenhotel' film is a collection of stories and this is one of them.

A very friendly girl has made a little summary for non-german speakers...

When the cleaning lady comes into the room, she says something like: "You again! Get up, right away! You should be ashamed of yourself" and tells the girl that she'll get "the boss", who's also the girl's father, to come to the room. Then Marek (Daniel) asks the girl what the place is called, to which she answers "Hotel Saphir". That seems to alarm him quite a bit and he says "I can't believe it!". She tells him to calm down and says something along the lines of "You were much cooler last night.", to which he replies that "last night your father wasn't on his way over here" and that she lied to him when she said she lived at a hotel. She says "I do, in a way." In the course of the conversation she also tells him that he isn't the first one she took there. That doesn't seem to calm him down.
When the cleaning lady comes back, she says that the girl's father doesn't have time right now, but that he'll talk to her in the evening and that she'll be in big trouble then. I guess the rest is clear from the clip.

"Stundenhotel" is a hotel that charges by the hour ('Stunde' is German for 'hour'), if you know what I mean...

  • do u know the english title of the film and if it's released out of germany?

  • I don't think it was released out of Germany, so it doesn't have an English title.

  • 2:14 Sexy chest Herr Brulh.

  • Yes. Since his involvement in Inglourious Basterds interest in him went up in the United States. Of course most Americans have no idea who he is or simply know him as "The Nazi guy from IG", he does have some female fans in America, also from "Goodbye, Lenin." but more people saw IG.

  • does daniel brühl have many english-speaking fans? o.O

  • we got better actors then daniel bruehl. but i guess he's one of the most famous out of germany.
