  • as far as it's very hard, i'd never call it neither "ultimate" nor "warrior" ;)

    and props to nate for doing proper reps on all exercises; i bet most people will bee doing it with half reps.

  • Tried this today....it was an ultimate fail. A LOT harder than it looks.
