From 2:19 onwardes there is huge atari for first one to play, i dont understand why nobody played it ? upper right area 2 black stones or 4 white stones..

Because taking those 4 stones (or 2 stones) in gote isn't big enough at the moment. Simply speaking, both black and white are not gonna play there until it becomes the biggest move that left on the board.

But if black takes 4 white stones he threat to cut 6 more on the upper side. Is that not sente?

If black intend to take those 4 stones then connecting those 6 white stones becomes sente for white.
