shame they mimed saints. vince actually does that fairly well. but then again they do use loads of backing tracks nowdays. too bad really as they are a very good live band without them. they sounded better in the early days than they ever could with backing tracks and pre-recorded backing vocals

ankylosing spondylitis its called. a degenerative spine desease that fuses his seperate vertebrea into a solid thick chunk of bone and thickens his spinal fluid. he has had it for yrs and it WILL kill him by eventually making his spine heavier than his body can stand and he will snap under the weight of it. thats my interpretation of it anyway
