I have to stay creative so I don't get bored and feel like i'm on a restrictive diet. This is a lifestyle change so I need to make foods I can lways eat whether i'm losing ormaintaining weight.
I actually used to make this before my weightloss journey. Most times I would add sauteed ham, turkey ham or turkey keilbasa. It's good that way too.

I was looking for a way to spice up my fried cabbage and heating the oil with hot sauce is a great idea!
