It's sad that we live in a place that seeks to destroy, and defend the destruction of the most vulnerable amongst us. You say certain characteristics make something human but if someone doesn't have all of them does that make them less human? Yes definitions are my argument and they aren't just big words they are areas of study.

I think no woman WANTS to get an abortion. But I'm not for killing babies but I just to make it clear that I don't think the government should be making these decisions for women. I understand the religious perspective but what happens when the woman is raped or if the (planned/unplanned) pregnancy will affect mother in a serious way. What do you do? Let me know what you think?

@devmanl at the early stages of development a human foetus looks just as human as a dolphin foetus does. I would agree that abortion, when the foetus is formed to the point where it is recognisably human, is wrong, before that, abortion is fair game.
