Original Metal Instrumental

An older version of a little instrumental I made. Just edited a couple of parts and actually used a real guitar instead of a synth guitar.

Thanks...and by the way, your criticism was spot on.

Well yeah, I just plugged my guitar into the computer (this was actually recorded using an electric-acoustic guitar)...the drums were pretty much computerized and the bass was played on a keyboard.

But yeah, your right about the rhythm...got relatively lazy there.

Not bad! I'm really liking the synth part :-)

Now for a bit of constructive criticism:

How did you record it?

What drums/bass did you use?

Cause it sounds a little bit like you just plugged your guitar in your computer and used midi drums/bass (no offense!)

And I would add some variety to the rhythm guitars, cause they mostly play just the same chords in similar rhythms.

But keep going with the songwriting, it's really not bad :-)
