Hey, and thanks. My process was to draw all the key poses by hand, scan them, and ink and color them on Illustrator. If I knew certain parts had to move independently, like arms and heads, I did them on separate layers. Then I would import the Illustrator files into Flash, converting the layers as keyframes and put the animation together from there. The lip synch was animated on Flash. BGs also on Flash, but sometimes Photoshop.

Hey Danime, loved the animation . lots of action. what animation program did you use? I've been drawing by hand on paper, scanning into the computer and coloring and layout with Photoshop, and then drop in a video editing program frame by frame to create movement.Ttime consuming and labor Intensive. I like the way you sync the mouth with voice. and action movement .Very impressive. professional! how long did it take? Was it solo or did you have assistance? Holla back
