Boys Like Girls "Thunder" Music Video

yes, i know this video is a bit confusing so if you'd like, i hav provided an outline of da story.

here you go:

there is a girl and TWO different guys.

she is best friends with guy #2 (curly haired kid w/ glasses).
over the summer, she meets guy #1 (guy at beach and pool) and starts to crush on him. she informs guy #2 about it all since they're best friends but what she doesn't know is that her best friend (guy #2) has been crushing on her for sometime.

when summer ends, she decides to tell guy #1 she likes him and asks her best friend to help her get ready and drive her over to da place she's going to meet guy #1.

it doesn't turn out so well and da girl is upset in finding out that her crush (guy #1) doesn't feel da same way about her and her best friend comforts her.

eventually, her best friend finally gets da courage to confess that he likes her and she realizes that she really does love guy #2 - someone who has always been there for her instead of just a summer love.
