como se hacen las de chicharron?

@chu30cho Hola! You know that's a hard one since you would have to buy chicharrones. But if you can get them then you simply just mix them into the pupusa the same way you would the cheese. The re-fried bean pupusas are made the same way.

I just want to say, that this a great video. You take us through the process very well. However, I have one question. When you make the masa de maize, how much water do you put? Do you put an equal ammount of harina and water, and the allow the water to soak in, or no? I just don't want to come out with a dry pupusa.

@HonduranAmerican Hi. You want the masa to be the consistency of play dough. Not sticky or dry. How much water depends on how much you are making. The recipe I have on my blog might help.

Thank you for the kind words. I have posted and made my videos so when my little boys grow up they will have videos to help them make pupusas and my other recipes. I am so glad it has helped you too. I am not very good with the tortilla making either so my mom's bag trick helps me a lot. : ))
