check out all the songs from the bodyguard soundtrack, & songs like one moment in time (live performance at the grammies), the greatest love of all, & didn't we almost have it all. u'll b blown away by her voice 2. + she managed to stand back up & make a comeback, which is all the more reason 2 respect her!

Whitney Houston is a unique female singer in the sense that she is peerless, even if she is peerless, the only other performer that I can level her is Barbra Streisand. Celine Dion is a close second. She has inspired countless of singers to follow in her footsteps. For the record, she is the female artist with the most weeks at number One for all albums (Whitney Houston, Whitney, The Bodyguard Soundtrack, and I Look To You). She is the female with the most American Music Awards won (22 awards).
