More DMCA abuse, and KassieDill2 suspension

congratulations for making Kassie Dill a martyr. WILL you EVER learn!??


WHY are people getting away with censoring others on your site?

I have had the misfortune of coming across Kassie Dill and her rabidly homophobic and other bigoted messages on her kassiedill2 channel.

But now what do we do? We can now, apparently, no longer refer to something kassiedill2 said, and point out how retarded it really is. Why not? Because, apparently, Kassie Dill is saying things that are Verboten. And even us repeating it in order to show why what she is saying is so fundamentally WRONG will, I guess, open our accounts up for flags and other punitive measures.

What does this achieve? Well, Kassie is already starting to present herself as The Martyr on her HearTheDill channel. And you know what? She can say whatever she likes, make the most outrageous claims about how badly she has been treated, and we cannot even point at her kassiedill2 channel to show anybody who may be in doubt what Kassie was REALLY saying.

And do NOT respond to this information, PLEASE, by suspending her new channel. The damage is bad enough as it is.

By banning her, all you achieve is that her message takes on the sickly glow of controversy, the allure that this is something worth listening to. And all it achieves is that the message is forced underground where it will continue to fester, but now out of sight and out of mind, until one day it erupts covering society with the pus of years of accumulated rot. Is THAT what you are looking to achieve? Then you're succeeding.

Censorship in ANY form is intolerable and unacceptable. Please ensure that the decision to suspend kassiedill2 is reversed, so that we who wish to oppose her message of hate can oppose it in the open.

This case is very different from the case against Elliot Brown (CassiusPlejarenAlien) that I contacted you about in the recent past. Elliot was breaking the law. He was (and still is) filing false DMCAs, and harassing people at home by phone. Kassie may be a nasty piece of work, but ultimately all she ever does is state her opinion. THAT should be protected by her right to freedom of expression.

i don't know who targeted me as i'm blindfolded. the last time i checked, i have a legal fucking right to meet my accuser when falsely accused of a crime.

there ARE TOO legal issues involved in these cases as a whole besides violation of free speech, there's also blatant conspiracy & discrimination and i'm sure OTHER violations of rights i don't know.

@djgambitron You'd be wasting your time in a court room. You have no legal case to make. Forget about courtrooms. But what about other avenues? A large, organised protest for example? Paid advertisements on billboards highlighting the plight of the YouTube Users. That sort of thing.

i guess i'm not the only one calling the extreme MINORITY out to suppress the majority scumbags then. youtube could easily track abusers if it chose to, which it won't or if it's FORCED TO by law. to do that, everyone needs to get off their whiny and/or apathetic butts and join as a group with a real "get on the evening news" voice. 10,000 litigants (even the 520 in a "flag abuse" only youtube search) is not an easy elephant to ignore in the courtroom.
