@igvmyslf1000pts YES he is saying that-I live somewhat near Jerrys hometown and there was a co called Virginia Dare they made soda. They had such good soda. They went out of business around 10-12 years ago :)

@AventuraLuver Jerry does indeed say "Virginia Dare" Virginia Dare was the name of the first commercial wine to sell after the repeal of Prohibition in 1933 and part of the brand's well-known ad campaign in the late 1940s was the jingle, "Say it again, Virginia Dare!" and that's what Jerry's playing on here when Dean says, "You did it again!" Reference mystery solved.
