  • I manx will chase paper wads (and just about anything else) but I haven't gotten her to bring stuff back to me yet. But she is still young, just over a year old, so maybe I can train her :)

  • I heard they fetch, so one day I just threw somw paper wads, and they started bringing them back to me. I always heard they act a little like dogs. The bigger one is just starting to feel better, he has a over active thyroid.

  • My cat Jewel fetches the exact same thing.

  • wow 2 white manxes, i heard that white manx are very rare

  • I'm so sorry for the loss of your kitty. Mine was a stray that adopted me.You are right, my manx; Cabbit Kit-ta, is 100% an outdoor cat. He's also the most amazing hunter and the badass of the neighborhood. He plays this game when he catches a mouse. He'll toss it up in the air then keep it in the air for a while. But what I find the most amazing thing is, his barbaric, sadistic, original owners had him declawed. Just as you said "BEST CAT EVER!" ~Peace Out~!!!

  • My Manx cat was a fetching fool! They are the best cats, hands down.

  • How funny, my manx cat would fetch as well. They are seriously the BEST cats.

  • Story ends sad tho... he was an outdoor cat and always came home at night to come inside, but one night he stayed out and got hit by a car :( he was almost 3. He was just starting to get curious about our pool too.Manx's are said to like the water, and learn to swim if u let them.... anyways. I was devastated, but I gotta say that manx's are 100% and outdoor cat. They are so athletic! He climbed trees like nothing, and could stop going faced down like a squirrel. BEST CAT EVER!

  • When i was little i trained my Manx to sit, come on voice, and do this thing where he'd jump up and grab my arm (without scratching) on a snap of finger. That cat was the best hunter too. He'd kill chipmunks, birds, and even squirrels. He'd win a fight against every outdoor cat on the block (lol). And one time my friends and I were chasing this rabbit. Well my cat helps us chase the rabbit down and cornered it into a fence, which then we caught the rabbit and let it go at the park...

  • My cat did that ONCE, I've almost trained him to stand on command, I give it another week. But how do you train him to fetch? It would sure make play time easier. :P

  • oh, two lovely snowballs<3 I have one in black
