How to get Sephiroth to join the party! WITHOUT CHEATS!

Yes, after studying the games mechanics this came to light.
Here's what has to be done:
Cloud must be level 99 before you leave the sector 1 reactor! I cheated
mine to lvl 99 but it can be done legally too.
That's basically all what needs to be done.
After reaching sector 5 you have to talk to that guy with the number 2 tattoo, 1276 times!
Why? Because the game adds 0.2% to a given value, and once it reaches more than 255%
several things reset and the game kinda restarts, Cloud will be on lvl1 again(He only still has high stats
because I cheated his level to 99), and the timer also restarts!
And the most important thing: You get Sephiroth! He's a little glitchy and leaves the party after the
Nibelheim flashback, but hey, it's Sephiroth, have fun!
Oh, and don't say it's fake unless you tried it, because it's 100% not fake!
Please try it and post many funny video responses where you overkill bosses with Sephiroth!

@MrIgotabadfeeling LIAR!!! I banged his mom 1276 times, and all I ended up with was 20 kids calling me dad, and one hell of a child support bill. Although, one of this kids came out black, and that confuses the crap out of me. :(
