  • when you lift weights you are basically tearing the muscle head. by lifting heavy weights with few reps(1-6) you build power

    heavy weights moderate reps(7-12) defines the muscle with building some power

    ligtht weights high reps(15 and up) builds endurance

    but remember to train ALL muscle grouups( chest shoulders triceps biceps back muscles and most importantly LEGS!!!!!!!!!!)

  • @adfadfewfrewafawefaw Actually If you lift everyday it can hurt the muscle and not let it rest. You don't gain muscle when you lift, you gain it when you rest and the muscle is repairing

  • Thanks for the advice man. I used this to help with my preformance on the swim team, and now im one of the best swimmers, no joke. I used some of the methods you said and it has made swimming so much easier. Thanks again for the tips.
