thats exactly how it goes down. especially when you tell them to wait a moment, and they start rambling about all the stuff they want. Or heres a good one. OK so you have this this and um this, what woukd you like to drink today. REPONSE: Yes ......WTF.

I'm glad I don't do any of these things. I work retail, but I wanted to see this video just to make sure I'm not annoying at the drive thru. Thankfully I'm not haha. When I'm told to wait a moment, I wait a moment. When I'm told one of the machines aren't working, I don't order anything that machine makes. Etc... Man, people really just don't have common sense though, do they?

I'm a Chef at a high end seafood restaurant in a deep water marina in a high volume tourist area, it is still true there guys. The more people I deal with, the more I appreciate my dogs man!

@kubotaman2004 They definitely don't. Every single day at work I get that customer that thinks the world revolves around them and always finds something to bitch at. One lady ordered 2 sandwiches one day and I gave her both. Then she called the store 10 min later and said she ordered 3 and only got 2. So we had to give her a free sandwich. I think half the time customers don't even know themselves what they ordered.

@lazyrobbie I work at Breugger's Bagels. I will tell you first hand that if your place of work has a drive-thru, get ready to see the beast in people, because that's what food does. I get veeeery particular customers all the time. If they get something "for here" they are real particular of how everything is setup. If I wrap everything up or put it in a bag the food somehow will be more disgusting. God forbid I ever do that again.
