Thank you Karl for taking the time to make this video. Such a gorgeous blade and was nice to see the assembly and disassembly. Kudos for lathing the tang as opposed to welding. A really nice feature!

To thread the tang is actually much easier than the other ways of adding threaded parts by welding and pinning, etc.
There's more than one way to get this job done, and I like as few chances for failure as possible.
