GlobeMed 2010 Partner Search Fellows, Hannah and Rachel, visit Salud Sin Limite in La RAAN. Salud Sin Limite works with a network of youth health promoters in urban and rural communities of Siuna (population 80,000). In a place where there is only one ambulance and access to a hospital might mean a three hour walk plus an hour-long plane ride to Managua, preventative health education is extremely valuable.
