  • I would think that a water cooled condenser might be more efficient, if not long lived... :)

  • I don't think the compressor will overheat. LOL!! (It wouldn't anyway, since Trane units are so reliable)

  • @rorybz Yes that's right. Trane is the best units there are.

  • Dude this is a disaster waiting to happen. The Local electric utility co should of cut the power to the neighborhood way before the water was allowed to get this high. I am surprised no one got electrocuted, as you know electric current had to be running through the water, the utility could of been slapped with a serious fine had this happened. 

  • Sorry ,but I wont be closed to that equipment,thats a disaster to happen,I rather see the equipment to trip than keep it running on these conditions.
