  • as much as i love this band i think they should retire, i think they deserve a rest.

    thats just my opinion though

  • @Musicianac - Why should they retire? Because they're older? They love to play and still create good music. They are one of the few bands that have such a vast library of good music, they are timeless. Whether they play to thousands or hundreds, as long as they're playing, people (like me) will want to hear them.

  • Walsh's tone here is terrible,& has been for a while...once,he was a champion.

  • @Musicianac Youre crazy, retire? The rest of so called musicians nowadays should retire. They can't make one original good melody. This band made phenomenal songs before i was born. Retire.. shiiit!

  • @evolver1919 You tell them!

  • I wonder how Steve Walsh felt about singing a song originally recorded by John Elefante.

  • @Musicianac agreed...they look and sound tired as hell !.. the heavyset Halloween Jack fucker looks like he might keel over

  • @7777jpaul Wow...I so agree with you!! They still ROCK!!

  • Rock on Kansas!!!!!

  • I had the real HONOR to be on stage with Kansas during this time. They had no opening acts. There set's was over two hours long and then they would have two encores. I dont care what age they still ROCK worth every penny to see live!!!!

  • Not sure why 'they need a rest' like many here say.

They still sound good (of course not as good as they did during their arena-packing heyday), the songs are still great, and a good number of folks still come out to see them.

They may no longer be what's happening as the young kids out now (i.e. Bieber, Gaga, etc.) but Kansas remains a big part of my 'lifelong personal soundtrack!

    Rock on!
