Video Close Up of Plane-Chopper Crash over the Hudson

The accident was caught on video by an Italian tourist who was practicing with a new camera. It was aired Thursday on "NBC Nightly News."

The video shows the plane climbing and turning slightly before its wing clips the helicopter's rotor blades. The plane can be seen overturning and falling toward the water between New York and New Jersey.

One or more onlookers can be heard in the background saying, "Oh, my God!" Federal investigators have asked anyone with images of the crash to turn them over.

it's time Many aspects of Flight * WAKE UP * .. people are dying for reasons that could have been avoided, how about ( Air to Air Radar Systems ) ~ No Cell Phones Allowed During Working hours for the Controllers ... * EVER * Sadly simple things like this cannot return those lost and i * PRAY * the familys that are suffering .. find peace in the future. please don't blame an entire country, but instead lets all fight to make sure something like this * NEVER * happens again.

too much finger pointing going on here , let me just say this #1 Blaming all of America for this crash isn't right. #2 a series of events happened that allowed this crash to happen. Air traffic Controller in charge of the flight of the airplane was on his * Cell Phone with his Girl Friend * this kind of conduct shoud * NOT * be Allowed in * ANY COUNTRY *... the person in charge of the Tower .. wasn't even in the Tower .... now were Talking * NEGLIGENCE * i can't even describe !
