another thing that reinforce my theory is the factor a that he uses the hindu force (i am not sure if that is the correct way to write "hindu")

it isn't torn because as foggspropst says Daniel never shows the face of the card until the end of the trick, it looks great...but in the 3rd restored piece he doesn't let see the area where the spectator sign the card...anyone thinks that it is an extra signed card? he pick up his marker into his bag a second after he gives the card to the spectator

No... It's not Torn. 1 or 2 moves are similar, but never in Torn is the face of the card shown until the end. This effect is actually easier and angle friendly.
