This island is Kanna's experimental base.
In the first season they go to this island by mistake.

assuming I meant from adv I'm not an idiot. I meant where I can buy the imports. I know enough japanese to run imports plus they tend to have english subtitle upon release.
So correction what sites can I buy the japanese imports of this and advance from

Yes. If you combine the three (four w/ OVA) series together, you get the entire story which, to no surprise, is only slightly longer than your standard 26'er anime.
OVA -> HL -> Advance -> Final
