While I was on staff at LifeChurch.tv we heavily leveraged "Group Training". There are tons of leader training resources out there, but not much that trains the entire group. Thus, we made a group training curriculum. The idea was to create a curriculum that was devotional in nature, while inspiring great group discussion and ultimately teaching groups how to succeed. This is one of the group session videos. PLEASE FORGIVE THE HAIR...this was a few years back. ;-)
