Everyone stand in a circle. All facing anti-clockwise. Lady is on right-hand side of the gentleman.
Hold left hand in left hand. The gentleman puts his right arm over the lady's shoulder. Lady raises her right hand to hold gentleman's right hand (look at the clip!)
Take 4 steps forwards and then a 180 degree turn and, continuing in the same anti-clockwise direction, take 4 steps backwards (Yes, I know - just look at the clip!)
Now take 4 steps forwards in a clockwise direction, a 180 degree turn, and then 4 steps backwards in a clockwise direction.
The lady gently twirls under the gentlemans hand.
Then turn together in waltz hold.
Repeat!
