Nice attempt. But Voice Over does not rely on you moving your fingers down the page in order to read. Blind people use gestures and you don't have to keep your fingers on the screen.
I work with blind people and iPhone, iPod and ipads are indeed interesting and very popular amongst them. I will just draw your attention to the way you handle Voiceover in your video: If you "swipe" from left to right for instance you will be able to work your way around the screen even when the screen is dark. And when you double-tab - it doesnt have to be on top of the program icon - it ca be anywhere on the screen. There is a small tutorial in Voiceover in Settings.
