k..so the last few videos I watched, including this one..does not tell you how much of each ingredient, or how long to bake and at what temp, uh, hello, I already know how to make "dough" and the "tips and tricks" but come on, I wanna make a pie already!!

wow rolling it around the rolling pin is a great idea for transferring to the pie pan. That's where my dough always tears.

This is a great instructional video. How long and at what temperature do you bake the pie when "blind baking"? I am contemplating baking a chicken pot pit. Please help!

One tsp of cider vinegar added to the water will stop the formation of some of the gluten and help keep the crust from getting tough.

@Lemon17ful Usually for every cup of flour you use 1 whole stick of butter and 10 tsp of ice cold water. That should help. Chill the butter and cut into small pieces.
