Nose Piercing Aftercare

I know I don't have my nose pierced, but I can't get everything done! Anyways, I made this video with doing TONS of research and reading lots of stories, and asking my friends who have it done, plus the aftercare is very similar to the belly ring. I will be putting up the ear piercing chart soon, and a body chart, plus nose rings. I'm also trying to create an ebay store and sell jewelry to you guys. I'd love to sell them as cheap as $2.99 to everyone because I know places like claires, hot topic, and spencers, they sell them for like $16 for one! My nose ring is infected and it's starting to develope that gross pimple-like thing. If I keep cleaning it, will it go away and how long until it goes away?

I have a bottle from target can I use it if I don't have sea salt or h20cean?

@khizrarizvi Oh god, you did the worst things! Your piercer was completly wrong. Do not use alcohol to clean the piercing, it will dry it out and make it very sore and neosporin will create a barrier so air cannot get to the piercing, making it take longer to heal. Do what I describe in the video and the swelling should go down.

OMG yess do NOT use a wash cloth or towel on your nose, it really does get caught and it HURTS

@khizrarizvi you need to use a ph balanced soap! NEVER use alcohol neosporin antiseptic wash NONE of that. you need to use the dial gold soap thats what i used and thats what my piercer told me and never had an infection.

Im 14 and got my nose pierced about 5 days ago. ALL I do is wash my hands w/antibacterial soap, and spray my piercing down with h2ocean. H2ocean is the only product GARUNTEED to work if you follow the directions. I got mine at hot topic for 15 dollars. since I've been using the h2ocean, there has been no redness, or crustyness, and the pain has become almost none-existent. I HIGHLY reccomend the h2ocean.
