@khizrarizvi Oh god, you did the worst things! Your piercer was completly wrong. Do not use alcohol to clean the piercing, it will dry it out and make it very sore and neosporin will create a barrier so air cannot get to the piercing, making it take longer to heal. Do what I describe in the video and the swelling should go down.

@putuperrshutup96 yes it looks fine and feels fine but if you take it out or change it there is a chance you could get a HUGE lump on your nose because pulling it out and messing wtih it to much with "bother" it.. i learned the hard way with my industrial

OMG yess do NOT use a wash cloth or towel on your nose, it really does get caught and it HURTS
My nose ring is infected and it's starting to develope that gross pimple-like thing. If I keep cleaning it, will it go away and how long until it goes away?

@mclameface yeah sounds like a hypertrophic scar. Watch my video on those called "keloids vs hypertrophic scarring"

I have a bottle from target can I use it if I don't have sea salt or h20cean?
