@TodayFreedom: To a porridge swilling Englishman, anything not from the blandest culture in the world is dull, listless & average. You wouldn't know talent, unique or otherwise, if you were being suffocated by it. This boy sang in five languages with feeling, perfect passaggio and transitions, and an almost perfect vibrato, which very few English choir boys have done. Why is it that Brits feel compelled to trade on the reputation of their Empire when the sun finally did set on it 80 years ago?

Go into any English Cathedral and you will find 50 or more scholars in a choir who would knock spots off this kid. This is dull, listless, average singing. He didn't have anything unique about his voice back then and he sure doesn't have any unique talent now. The whole thing is, frankly, weird.
