For example the new Chili Peppers album was recorded to tape I believe and it's way superior to most other stuff that comes out these days.

@lowflipinrain Yeah but they didn't record it with computers, they did it to tape and that's why it came out so good. And they also didn't use as much compression as they do now to make it ultra loud. People could do that now and we could have good music again but everyone wants to say that's living in the past. But the sound quality of the past's recordings are better.
